The Car Solution and Repair Work Act, Act Resources 300 of 1974, (the Act) manages the method of servicing and fixing car; proscribes unfair and misleading methods; provides for training as well as qualification of mechanics; attends to the registration of electric motor car repair work facilities; attends to enforcement; and also recommends penalties.
